The Ministry of Health has redesigned the Ontario Disability Support Program virtual guide for health care professionals to better support clinicians in completing the application on behalf of their patients.
The Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) is a provincial social assistance program that provides income and employment supports to eligible Ontario residents who have disabilities. As licensed health care providers, you may be asked to provide medical information about patients and clients who are applying.
