Capacity Assessment Office will be offering training in the fall of 2022.
Capacity assessors are health professionals that formally assess a
person’s mental capacity to determine whether they are capable of making
decisions about their property or personal care.
Registrants who may be interested in becoming a capacity assessor under the
Substitute Decisions Act, are invited to send their CV/résumé under an Expression of Interest to
