The College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario is revising the peer and practice assessment (PPA) to ensure alignment with the new Competencies for Occupational Therapists in Canada (2021). The revised peer and practice assessment will be implemented in fall 2022.
Are you interested in being involved?
Anyone who may find this interesting is invited to participate in a two-hour webinar to:
- work with the new competencies, and
- identify which competencies are most important for occupational therapists to demonstrate when selected to participate in a peer and practice assessment.
Four separate webinars will be held on November 15 and 17, 2021 to review, select competencies, and confirm the method of the assessment. Participants will attend one of these webinars.

The sessions are limited to 10 participants per webinar.
Participants will be selected based on their area of practice, as we require participants from a variety of practice settings. If selected to participate, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
