As COVID-19 cases continue to rise, the Ontario Ministry of Health has asked regulators to remind health care providers to be especially diligent with COVID-19 precautions in all areas of their practice.
To reduce the virus's spread to colleagues, clients and within the community, occupational therapists are reminded to continue to apply the infection prevention and control measures they use in practice (hand washing, distancing, wearing masks and face shields, etc.) to nonclinical interactions as well (lunchtime, meetings with colleagues).
Thank you for your ongoing commitment to keeping yourselves, clients and our communities safe.
