The College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (the “College”) has become aware of an individual who is not an occupational therapist but who may be representing himself as one. The individual has used the names Casey Cheung, Kelvin Cheung, Karl Cheung and Kelly Cheung.

Occupational therapist is a title that is protected by law and may only be used by members of the College. Title protection is one way to help the public identify occupational therapists (OTs) who are registered (licensed) with the College and accountable for meeting the College’s accepted standards of practice.
