The Ministry is proposing amendments the Controlled Acts Regulation made under the
Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 in order to facilitate proclamation of the controlled act of psychotherapy and affect a transition period for the mental health sector.
A summary of the proposed regulatory amendments has been posted to Ontario’s
Regulatory Registry.
