2023 Quality Assurance (QA) requirements are now available. Access to these requirements has changed as we are introducing a new and upgraded COTO portal that registrants will access for all their College needs. Thank you for your patience during this transition.
There are now two QA requirements: the Annual Learning Plan and the Annual eLearning Module. Both are due October 31, 2023.
Please note:
- Each QA requirement is hosted on its own platform and each requires its own username and password.
- You are not able to move between the Annual Learning Plan and Annual eLearning module with the same login.
How to Access the 2023 QA Requirement
Users will require two separate logins to access the Annual Learning Plan and the Annual eLearning Module.
Annual Learning Plan
- On June 15th, an email was sent to registrants from the College account [email protected] with the subject line:“Welcome to the New COTO QA Portal - Redeem Invitation”
- Follow the steps in the email to set up your account in the new QA Portal and access the Annual Learning Plan
Annual eLearning Module (formerly known as the PREP)
On June 15th, an email was sent to registrants from the Skillbuilder Notifications account ([email protected]) with the subject line: “Account Created”
To access your Skillbuilder account and the Annual eLearning Module:
- Follow the instructions in the email and choose your password to access the Annual eLearning Module.
- If you do not have the email from Skillbuilder, reset your password and access the Annual eLearning Module. Your username is your email address.
