The College is excited to announce that the 2024 Annual Learning Plan is now available.
Occupational therapists, set your goals and come back to describe their impact by the October 31, 2024 due date.
Make sure you have set up your account in our new COTO Portal system before trying to access the Annual Learning Plan.
Note: Any login used for the QA Portal last year will not work for the COTO Portal.
The COTO Portal is now the central location to access all your College activities, including your Quality Assurance requirements.

Accessing the Annual Learning Plan
- Log in to the COTO Portal and go to Quality Assurance to access the Annual Learning Plan.
- If you have not yet set up your COTO Portal account, you will need to create a new username and password.
- Account registration instructions for the new COTO Portal were emailed to all registrants and returning applicants on February 7, 2024. Reminder emails containing the instructions were also sent out on March 20, 2024. If
you have not yet received instructions and/or have an urgent issue, contact [email protected].
- Save your newly created username and password for your COTO Portal account. This is the only username and password you need to access all COTO services.
